Problem:
Beeping sound.
Data Recovery Result:
After running diagnostics on the drive, we found read and write heads jammed between internal disk and read/write head ramp.
We proceeded to remove and replace read and write heads,
fixed Seagate firmware and select from the user profile, all files
located in Desktop and Documents folder.
All files were successfully recovered.
Recovered data was returned to client on a flash drive.
